The transport market throughout Europe is changing drastically, as is the rest of society
We are, and will continue to be, affected by the consequences of the pandemic, in addition to Brexit, general driver shortages in Europe, changes in drivers’ regulations and general market unpredictability.
At the same time, costs are also affected by the experience of increased volumes and ever increasing demand for transport services.
The overall reduced capacity in the market combined with the cost increases mentioned above is challenging and based on the 2022 cost development forecast Kuehne + Nagel will be adjusting all Road Logistics rates by 12,5 % as of January 1st 2023.
